1) Warranty period: 12 months from shipping date of the goods.
2) Service: Our service will be processed in following procedures:
1.The detailed fault description, serial number of goods and photo of goods must be sent to Kuking for evaluation immediately.
2.Kuking shall analyze the fault reason and decide whether it is caused by quality problem of inverter or by improper operation of user.
3.Kuking shall suggest which parts of inverter should be changed.
4.Our warranty does not cover damages resulting from inappropriate storage, incorrect installation, improper maintenance and bad environment beyond environmental requirement.
5.Kuking shall not accept objections if modifications to or reworking of the goods supplied by Kuking have been performed without our consent.
